МБС — это Саудовская Аравия?

Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) is the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, serving since 2022. He is the kingdom's de facto chief executive and primary decision maker on major policy questions.

Current Role and Authority

MBS holds the two highest executive positions in the Saudi government simultaneously. As Crown Prince, he is constitutionally next in line to the throne. As Prime Minister since 2022, he directly oversees the cabinet and day to day governance. His influence score of 23 out of 100 reflects substantial but not absolute power relative to other global leaders.

Regional Activity

Saudi Arabia under MBS leadership remains heavily engaged in regional security matters. Recent GeoGazet tracking recorded 100 distinct events involving MBS's government, with particular focus on Yemen border security. Pakistan and Turkey recently joined Saudi deterrence operations against Houthi attacks on airports near the Yemen border, signaling MBS's ability to mobilize allied support for strategic priorities.
